Honestly, this place is a gem! Room 405 has the best panoramic views of the city/harbour and a beautiful terrace area on the roof for sunbathing.
The staff were super lovely and polite, nothing was too much trouble.
Ladies at breakfast were friendly and welcoming, the food was a good selection, however the hot food items sadly weren't hot (think cold bacon slices, warm eggs, warm beans) just about warm nothing more which by the time you've buttered your toast and started to eat its all cold.
The room was super clean and comfy, room service was excellent, I requested more pillows and they arrived at my room within minutes.
The hotel is centrally located for the city/harbour and for all the sightseeing.
Beds are too hard for me but that's personal preference.
I would definitely come back here again.

Great stay if you’re going on a cruise. Staff very friendly and helpful. Get the breakfast buffet - it was excellent and well worth it!

Amazing service! Front seat staff were very helpful and patient with us not speaking the language. Breakfast service excellent - great selection of bfast items hot and cold along with fresh fruits/juices/teas/coffees

I couldn’t go to the hotel because I was with Covid and I asked to change the date and they said they couldn’t do that because they hadn’t to anymore. I said if there was the possibility to give me the money back and they said no again. When I asked if I had to go they said yes. So that means they don’t care about the clients and their health. Of course I did not go because I am a responsable person and I think about others health.

My husband and I stayed here at the end of the year. We were able to communicate with them despite our poor English, and we were able to check in and out, leave our luggage, pick it up, etc. with ease. The building and rooms were clean and had a nice atmosphere, so we had a comfortable stay. The air in Barceloneta, which is close to the sea, was good.
