Fantastic customer service, beautiful rooms. Would recommend 100% for a unique experience in the heart of Barcelona.
Small areas for improvement: massage room was a tad cold and shower had a bit of lime.

Gorgeous hotel - beaitful amenities and very luxurious. Definitely a 5 star hotel and you feel once you enter through the main doors. Excellent location, central the best that Barcelona has to offer, many beautiful side streets and restaurants with good food nearby. A fabulous way to experience Barcelona.

The hotel has a European style. The room is big enough for two people and can accommodate two 27-inch suitcases. The room is clean and the service is good.
