Hotel Lleó

Stayed overnight after our cruise and before our flight back to the UK. Arrived early so our luggage was stored securely whilst we did some sightseeing before returning around 2pm when we were told our room was ready. Nice rooftop area to enjoy the sunshine and rest our weary feet after hours of walking! Breakfast the following morning was good with plenty to choose from, particularly impressed with the fresh orange juicer. Nice sized bathroom with a good rainfall shower, and bizarrely a tv screen with remote! Kettle in the room with tea and coffee, also a small fridge. Only downside was that we had a room facing the front so it was noisy and we had to keep the window shut to try to keep the sounds out. Well situated for La Ramblas and Placa Catyluna for bus services if required. Overall I would recommend.

Come here for our anniversary for a couple of days. Great little hotel and we got a room with a small balcony with a street view. Great location. Great staff Good continental breakfast option. Clean environment For the price I paid I can’t fault it and I would come here again.

we stayed here for 3 nights in april, and it was easily the best hotel we’ve stayed in. the staff were incredibly helpful, the room and communal areas were spotless, and breakfast was delicious (a perfect start to the day!) check-in was simple and easy and the reception staff were kind enough to let us leave our bags with them as we arrived before check-in time. our room itself was gorgeous, quiet, and exceptional value for money! cannot recommend Hotel Lleo enough and we will stay again in a heartbeat.

Hotel was in a great location, staff very friendly, we all had refurbished rooms on the 2nd floor,lovely spacious and very clean,thanks to the maids for towel change,beds made etc Breakfast was plentiful, good start to the day. Rooftop pool a bonus in the sunny days we had. Excellent value for money.

Great hotel in a very good location. Reception staff were friendly. The pool and pool bar staff were perfection! Rooms are a touch out of date and could do with a little upgrade, although our shower was amazing, our friends wasn't great. Though I would stay here again.

They lack knowledge in customer service, displaying extreme rudeness. During my mother's check-in, they provided a terrible attitude when she requested to change her room.It consider discrimination ,Even after paying for an upgrade, they declined to assist her, to move her luggage to the new room , despite her being an elderly lady. When I attempted to contact the front desk to address the situation they repeatedly hung up on me. After U tried to reach them thru my mother phone The reservations manager also spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. It's concerning how they handle tourists seeking enjoyment. Currently in the hotel and quite disappointed from the reception for not being supportive and reject totally out wishes claiming of being fully booked, while seeing other guest being moved to other rooms as wished. Emilio from the reception didn’t fulfill any of my wishes neither high floor room nor room with balcony despite being there at 11:30 am and for sure not all the rooms checked in !!! Expected even better handling not simply saying no !!!
