The hotel was located in a good spot for travelling . It was really clean and room service was good. I would rate it a lot higher but the only problems I had were .
1. I couldn’t really let fresh air into the bathroom and 2. I didn’t have any brush to clean the toilet . I thought it was unusual but the other room we rented didn’t have it either . I just used the shower to clean the toilet .. apart from that it was good and I would recommend it to everyone else

Great view on both sides of the hotel over Barcelona clean, good amenities and proper service. Not as central but a short walk from the metro. Not too far from the Gràcia area which is lovely and a bit less touristy. Definitely recommended to stay here

The location of the hotel is not bad, there is a subway station nearby. The service attitude of the staff is also good, but the facilities are a bit unsatisfactory. Although they may not use slippers very often, they didn't have any slippers when I asked for them from the front desk... I also tried to ask the hotel front desk for a larger paper bag or plastic bag, but they only had a small plastic bag. It can be improved a little.

The staff was nice and helpful, when it comes to cleanliness, there was a problem with that, as the bathroom and general cleanliness were beyond reproach, however, we got smelly bedding (it was soaking wet mixed with sweat) and because we arrived late, there was no way to change it. The next day we had to ask for the entire set to be changed, which the staff probably did not report, because the cleaning lady had no idea that she was supposed to do it. When it comes to the location, it was quiet and it was about 10 minutes to the metro and nearby bakeries, good restaurants, and there was also a market nearby. The swimming pool was not open due to the season, the gym was small and instead of using the treadmill, it was better to run around the area, which is charming. The downside is the thin walls, which is why you can hear a lot from the corridor, but the upside is the bathroom with warm water, which was a pleasure to bathe in after long walks. Overall rating 5.5/10.
