Everything was ok except the shower mixer in the bathroom. It was too old and both water pressure was not enough and water temperature was not easy to adjust. Highly recommend to renovate it. The breakfast was nice but for 17 euros I supposed more choice.

Location was great, walking distance to most attractions and close to metro too. Our room comes with balcony, located at 2nd floor. Room is clean and service is good. Will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Nice hôtel, but a bit far from the main places. Clean, comfortable. The only unexpected - no slippers and robe in the room, the same as cotton pads 🤷♀️ For me it’s normal 3 stars hotel, clean and friendly

The hotel location is quite ok and in general it has nice facilities. Downsides are that there is a smell throughout the hotel, especially in the elevator. The staff was generally helpful e.g. with the luggage storing but at the same time not very friendly e.g. ignored me when I was saying thank you and goodbye.

Not bad for short staying. Great balcony. Our toilet leak water to downstairs but they didn’t notify us before coming to our room. The guy outside was rude and furiously knock on the door, I told him to wait because we all naked in the room after shower. The guy was like “one minute two minutes when you gonna open the door”. He’s being quite ******* and bitching after I open the door. For this the hotel gave us a champagne for apology which we didn’t finish lol.

Staff was extremely nice and the room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. There is a subway station only 2 blocks away, which makes it very easy to move around the city (the hotel is close to, but not in the main touristy part of town)

A little off city centre but convenient as it’s near the station. Definitely will be book this hotel again

The location of the hotel is very convenient, you can walk to the main scenic spots The room is quite big and the environment is very good The hot water in the bath is not big enough, and the toiletries always feel like they are not clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff's attitude was also very good! You have to book early, otherwise the price is a bit expensive. For a 4 star hotel

The room was quite comfortable, with a large balcony outside. However, the water in the bathroom was very small, and it took a long time to wash hands. The front desk staff seemed to be not very good at English, and the communication was not very smooth.

The hotel is very good. There is a small outdoor window sill with a good view. The location is convenient and the price is not expensive. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the subway station. It is very close to Sagrada Familia and La Pedrera. I walked back from La Pedrera. It takes about 20 minutes. It is also very convenient to go to the train station.

I chose this hotel completely blindly before leaving. It was good in every aspect. The room space was just right, and the key point was that there was a small terrace that I liked the most. The terrace faced the residential area and was quite quiet. The only thing I didn't like was that the shower was a bathtub + shower, which was a bit inconvenient. Other aspects, whether it was sanitation or transportation, were pretty good. It was pretty good among hotels of the same price.

The room environment and hygiene are good. Unfortunately, the TV does not have Netflix and cannot be mirrored by mobile phones. You can only watch TV channels. The breakfast is not bad. I just happened to encounter renovations on the street when I checked in (but there is no sound in the room). There is also a bathtub.
