Room is too small but okay, convenient location

Hotel is near Barcelona-Sants Train Station and there is supermarket, cafes and restaurants nearby. Facilities is not tiptop but alright for 2 nights stay. We had a double room but hotel only provide 1 glass which I presume is meant for solo traveller. Would be better if there is a small kettle and some coffee/tea furnished.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel that truly stood out for its exceptional hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. Tucked conveniently near the train station, this hotel offered not only comfort and convenience but also a receptionist whose charm and attentiveness added an extra spark to my stay. The rooms were delightfully comfortable, providing a serene haven where I could unwind and relax. The proximity to the train station, a mere 5-minute walk away, made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city's attractions with ease. Additionally, the hotel's location amidst a bustling neighborhood filled with restaurants and supermarkets made every meal and convenience just a few steps away.

Everything went well! Staff were kind and friendly, the room was clean, the bed and pillow were comfy. Very close the Barcelona Sants station, few supermarkets nearby and many restaurants in that area, reasonable price! Highly recommended!

Close to the central station. Very convenient for travellers.

Acta City is just 6 min walk from Barcelona Sants. It is a good choice if you plan to take train, 3 min away from metro, just 18 min walk to P Arena Hall, where you can go top floor to enjoy view and many restaurants. 4 stations to FC Barcelona Museum

Room was really small. Discovered it was a mini room. Why do they hv such rooms is unknown. Still most of the things are functional, bathroom was generous in size on a relative basis.

The staffs are helpful and friendly. Very convenient location and close to supermarket. Not far from the airport which just take 18min taxi to the hotel . The price is reasonable and I will consider to visit again.

Nice stay

The hotel's photos on Ctrip do not match the room type. Ctrip's standard room is actually the hotel's single mini room. Although Ctrip compensated the price difference, the actual check-in experience was very poor. It took an hour to go back and forth. This mini room is only suitable for single people. I repeatedly reminded Ctrip to verify the photos of overseas hotels, but to this day, it is still a mix of photos of various room types. Overseas hotels have always been Ctrip's shortcoming, and there has been no improvement over the years! The normal room type of the hotel is still quite suitable. There are few breakfast varieties and the service is average. The advantage is that it is very close to the train station and the surrounding area is relatively quiet.

It's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but the subway station is close and a taxi costs about 8 to 10 euros, so it's convenient for sightseeing. Recommended for families

The room was relatively small. I booked this hotel because I needed to store my luggage, but the room was stuffy at night and the bathroom had no ventilation system. I could only turn on the air conditioner, but the air conditioner was very noisy. I couldn't sleep. I had to turn off the air conditioner and open the window, but the road outside the window was also very noisy. The doors to the rooms are very close to each other, 10 centimeters apart, forming an L shape. The shower head is leaking! When the items were missing and asked to be found, they said they couldn't find them. I persisted and followed them to the room, but they didn't let me go. I communicated three times and it took a long time to say that they had been found.

My fiancée and I stayed for 3 days in mid-April Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work during this period (there was a transition from winter to summer, as explained at the reception), which resulted in heat in the room and problems with falling asleep. Overall, the hotel is well-kept, the reception people are helpful and very friendly.
