Excellent location. Kind staff.

The hotel is in a good location and is very convenient for eating, drinking and entertainment. It is within walking distance of La Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Casa Batlló and Avenida delle Grazie. It is very safe to swipe the card to enter the hotel door. The hotel staff is very friendly. Thumbs up👍

It was clean and had good facilities

The attitude of the service staff is very good, and the room is not bad, but the window of the balcony cannot be locked, and it opens as soon as you pull it outside, so there is no sense of security (because the balcony is connected to the next room). Everything else is good, and I also sent delicious candies.

The hotels booked through Ctrip are the worst rooms in the hotel

Lovely hotel very convenient location staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were fabulous and very well priced rooms comfortable we had a balcony room which was lovely. Rooftop terrace and pool lovely and honest bar. Would definitely recommend

No complaints. The breakfast was actually very good and reasonably priced. However, there are plenty of great places in the area. If you’re tired of Spanish, I recommend Oishii

Perfect hotel stay... from the early check-in to the helpful advice about Barcelona restaurants and activities... from the well appointed room with a balcony overlooking the charming street in front of the hotel to the spacious breakfast room and bountiful breakfast buffet. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating.

This was my first time staying at Room Mate Gerard. It won't be my last. The area was walkable, wonderful restaurants and cafes. The staff at Room Mate Gerard were great. The breakfast amazing.I wish I could name everybody. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. Thank you all who made our stay such a memorable one!

Communal areas and room were clean. lady on the reception desk was polite on check in and gave us some helpful pointers. Located in a good area that is quiet but has some good restaurants close by and isn’t far from the airport shuttle bus if needed

Very helpful and attentive staff - they're so nice. Centrally located hotel in a very safe and nice part of Barcelona. Everything is within reasonable walking distance such as Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter, El Born, etc. and close to the metro to make it easier to get to other places that are 20 min (walking) away. I will always stay here when visiting Barcelona.
