EVERYTHING HORRIBLE! In the photographs it looks very good in relation to the quality and price, but anyway... nothing to see! Starting with the window in our room, which was broken, all the noise and cold came in and there wasn't even a curtain. After contacting those responsible, the problem would be resolved by the end of the day and nothing! We spent our entire stay with the window open!! Inadmissible! The description of the double room said it had bed linen, desk, toaster, seating area... NONE of this existed! There were two beds in the room but it only had a blanket and a pillow. And there was a refrigerator that made a huge noise right next to one of the beds. TO MAKE EVERYTHING WORSE there was a hot water boiler between one of the beds and the broken window, inside a closed compartment, making noise all night, we didn't sleep at all! The boiler made noise every 10 minutes and the entire ceiling shook, feeling like it was going to fall on us! The next day we asked for a room change and those responsible just said they were sorry for the poor night's sleep, and asked us to send them photos of what we had seen on booking! Unfortunate! They knew perfectly well the horrible room they put us in and its conditions. Regarding the cleaning, it was also very bad, the floor was full of hair, everything was dirty, the bathroom was also very dirty. This accommodation does not take measures regarding COVID19 for sure! I've been to many, many hostels and none have ever been so terrible! From the facilities, amenities to service and problem solving by the administration.
