If I want to be polite I would say this was the worse experience I have ever experienced in my life! And I’m not exaggerating at all! We received the apartment dirty floor full of sand and bathroom has hair all over! The key of the building doesn’t open from first try so you need to keep pushing and trying 5 8 10 times! It’s a problem but the team didn’t help when I reported! You hear people banging the entrance door through the night and 5AM and you also hear people from other apartments as noise easily coming through!

We had a 2-bedroom (a double and a twin) located on Fernando Poo. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Large balcony outside with a dining table. The kitchen was well- equipped with an oven, coffee machines, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. AC within the living area is good however unfortunately there is no AC within the bedrooms, so it got quite hot resulting in broken sleep. Check-in instructions were sent a few days in advance along with instructions to find the office to collect keys - note this is a separate building approx 5 mins walk from the apartment itself and there is a fee for check-in outwith certain times - 30€ after 19:00 and 50€ after 00:00. This didn’t affect us due to our flight times however this should have been made clear at the time of booking. Advertised photos suggest there is a swimming pool however there did not appear to be. All in, a great base for exploring.

Perfect location (next to beach and shops/bars/restaurant with the Rambla del Poblenou), great quality of accommodation, it fitted perfectly our family of 4 and the service from the team at the office downstairs ideal. I highly recommend it!

This is a very nice apartment in a beautiful area of the city.
We did have some issues accessing the door of the building and with the electronic lock of the apartment. The lock to the apartment eventually got resolved.

Very pleased with the apartment. It was bright, spacious and very clean. Its location on Rambla del Poblenou was perfect. Lots of cafes, bakeries, restaurants and boutiques nearby and also only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. We walked the length of Rambla del Poblenou to Avenida Diagonal and loved the bohemian atmosphere of Poblenou. Couldn’t have picked a better spot for our stay in Barcelona.

Good value and lovely professional staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Local area is good for entertaining teenagers and it has great transport links. Apartments are lovely, well maintained, well stocked and clean. Excellent if you are self catering as handy for lots of shops.

Loved this property especially for the area. Great easy check in and checkout with the option of a paid late check out if available. Clean and had all that we needed. Would recommend and will be back.
