Absolutely outstanding for all the years travelling and different hotels I’ve visited this left such a lasting impression. I was blown away by the customer service at this hotel and attention to detail like welcome water and a free drink, there is a spa with sauna steam and unreal jacuzzi. The rooms were spotless with luxury amenities. We also made a special request as unsure when booking if we had got the right room, they fulfilled beyond our expectations and upgraded us for free, which was so kind and accommodating considering it was a late booking. Their service honestly made our last night in Barcelona so memorable and confirmed we would stay here again over an Airbnb in Barcelona. Would recommended to anyone. Such a good location , price and relaxing stay ( especially to anyone who is crazy enough to do 20k steps in the heat everyday like us)

Our shower leaked but the staff gave us new towels and bath mats each day. There was a complementary drink upon arrival. You could hear the footsteps of the room above you. Staff were extremely helpful.

Very good and clean hotel, the room is big and staff is nice, good to stay here.

Cleanness is not really well. Smells moldy the hallway. Service is good.

Everything were good, except air-conditioning, it only have fan ventilation therefore the room was very hot, show on the thermostat was 27-28 degrees during day time, night time had to turn on the fan, even outside temperature was 16-18 degree. Bed is a bit hard for me.

The room has a lot of space, suitable for three people. The sanitary conditions are good, and supplies are cleaned and replenished every day. The location is more convenient. It is within walking distance of the Gothic Quarter and can be reached by taxi in about 15 minutes.

Hotel very well located near bus stop or Metro. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Very good and varied breakfast, however a little expensive €20 extra per person.

This hotel is really not that good. The room is small and there are no windows. Apart from the location, there is nothing else.
