I recently stayed at this accommodation from September 9th to 10th, though I initially booked for four nights (September 8th to 12th). Due to travel issues, I arrived a day late, but upon checking in, I was immediately disappointed by what I found.The property is advertised as a "boutique hotel," but it is, at best, a nice hostel with private rooms and bathrooms. There was no reception available after 4 p.m., and no one in charge to maintain security. In fact, I witnessed someone opening the front door to take out the trash, and I was able to enter without being questioned, which left me feeling unsafe. I spent a restless night, waking up every hour or two to check on my belongings due to the lack of security. I decided to check out the next morning, two days early, and requested a refund for the remaining nights. Unfortunately, the receptionist struggled with English and referred me to someone over the phone, who advised me to send an email. When I followed up via email, the manager responded rudely, refusing my refund request and dismissing my concerns about false advertising and inadequate security.This was a highly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a genuine boutique hotel experience or a secure environment. There are many better options in the same price range that offer far superior service and safety.
