Rating: 1/10 Unacceptable Service – Missing Property and Lack of Accountability. I’ve had the worst experience with this accommodation. Just two hours after checking out, I realized I had accidentally left behind 18 packs of cigarettes I bought from the duty-free shop in the apartment. I immediately contacted the management to retrieve them, but they claimed the cleaning staff had thrown them away as garbage, which is completely unbelievable! How could so many sealed packs of cigarettes be discarded so quickly? When I asked for compensation, they refused to accept responsibility and offered a laughable sum, far less than what I lost. Their response was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of respect for their guests’ belongings. If you’re planning to stay here, be very cautious—you might lose your property and get no assistance. I highly do not recommend this place.

Nice apartment with great location. We stayed there for five nights and really enjoyed. It was nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. Unfortunately you can not choose your neighbors. We woke up many times because of the noise from other apartments.

Great location near La Rambla (1/2 block away). Although our balcony faced the interior, it was an open area and enjoyable to sit there, relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Facilities were clean and the staff was very helpful with any questions or issues we had. Also, able to store our luggage in the facilities prior to check in which was very helpful. I would stay here again due to it's great location.

Beware of Happy Apartments unit 22A… someone broke into our apartment in our absence and money was stolen. The following are reasons for safety concerns: 1. The unit opens with a number lock and once inside there is NO dead bolt 2. The window latch was broken and the window would not lock 3. There is NO locker inside the unit to keep valuables. 4. The owner was extremely slow in responding to our questions and concerns

We were very happy with the apartment and it’s location off of Las Ramblas. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were happy there because we were close to the main area and the hop on hop off bus stop. We felt safe at this location but 2 nights we heard disturbances on the street level late into the night.

Excellent location right off the most touristy area in Barcelona. Lots of shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions nearby. Apartment was clean, spacious, a d suitable for a family. Staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and very accommodating. Parking nearby. Definitely stay again.

Good size apartment (2 bedrooms). Friendly, helpful reception team. Great central location, walking distance to bars, restaurants in Gothic quarter, Born, Barceloneta, beach etc. Near Liceu metro as well.

Apartments very well located very close to La Rambla, very friendly welcome, too bad some details (broken light bulbs, sliding door to the bathroom also broken (closing). The apartments on the courtyard side are quieter except when the police intervene with a shirtless individual, heavily intoxicated or drugged (or both) at 4 a.m. The soundproofing between floors is poor but overall a friendly and interesting address for its practicality (5 minutes walk from the L3, Liceu station).

The strong point of this apartment is absolutely the location, a few meters from the rambla and central to reach the most beautiful destinations on foot, Casa Batlló, Port Vell, Catalunã square, for those of us who love walking with children. The apartment is very comfortable, we had a superior on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 mini bathrooms… but the photos are a little deceiving… the furniture is old and someone is broken and the shower would like a bath in the viakal…. For the rest, a comfortable and clean house… for us Italians, the flaw of the bidet.. recommended!
