BED BUGS!!! Do NOT stay here! We were covered in bites within days of staying there and found a massive infestation (documented by photos). The manager refuses to return our money despite the property being uninhabitable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

HORRIBLE - DO NOT STAY HERE This was a terrible experience. Impossible to reach them before I arrived, after I arrived and now that I am asking for a refund to which they said it was fine 2 months ago when I stayed here. I booked another apt and they gave me one at this place, and it was disgusting. Horrible small and hard beds. Bathroom was so small you couldn't shower properly and the lighting was so bad and dark you felt like you were blind. On the day of my arrival around 2PM when I finally reach them they tell me my reserved apartment had some problem that something broke so it was not available but that they had another one I could use, it was in another area and they told me it was an upgrade and had 2 rooms (to which I said I didn' care since I booked 1 room, so having 2 rooms was no upgrade for me). Since I was arriving at 1AM and was traveling during the time we were communicating I was not able to book another place in such short notice (2-3PM while I was at airport/flying) so I arrive at this new place at 2AM. It was nasty, very dark, no AC!!, very ugly and looked very cheap compared to the pics of the other apt. It looked like a horrible downgrade while I was paying for a better apartment, so the next day I tell them I don' want to stay there and requested a refund for the rest of the stay since they didnt have my actual reserved apartment available. They said it was ok. It's been 2 months and I haven't heard back from them or ******* (who is allegedly trying to reach them to no avail) STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

The apartment is super dirty, in poor condition and with cockroaches. In addition, the tourist tax rate is higher than the one published online, which lets you know when you want to check-in

Appartamento in posizione strepitosa, dietro la rambla dalla parte del mare, con stazione metro vicinissima. In 4 adulti più una bambina siamo stati bene, struttura un po datata e vista non eccezionale ma nel complesso ottima soluzione per la cifra spesa. Se tornassi a Barcellons probabilmente tornerei qui.

Premesso che quando si và a fare un week-end questi sono fondamentalmente posti dove si sta giusto il tempo di dormire, l'appartamento era tutto sommato carino abbastanza pulito e in ordine e dispone di servizio bagagli gratis per chi come noi aveva l'aereo di sera ma il checkout in tarda mattinata. Credo un signore che fa il portiere o gestore molto gentile e disponibile. La zona e comoda a due minuti dalla Rambla e metro l3 però è ai margini di vie non propriamente frequentate da bella gente. Comunque nessuno ha dato fastidio o problemi.

Il quartiere è poco raccomandabile ma è situato in posizione centralissima e ben servita dai mezzi.La struttura potrebbe essere carina e abbastanza funzionale ma è veramente molto,molto trascurata . Del tutto inesistente l'isolamento acustico dagli appartamenti vicini e dalla strada .Aria condizionata solo in soggiorno ma non nelle piccole camere.Arredamento trasandato, prese elettriche scarse e poco fruibili , pulizia appena,appena accettabile .Costa poco ma non pochissimo
