Shocking can’t even describe the service we have received from this hotel, me and my partner both carried 2 air pods with us, funnily enough, when the staff have cleaned our room the air pods are no longer there, items of clothing had been moved and clearly rummaged through, beyond disgusted in this! ignore any good review about this place and just avoid at all cost unless you want to be robbed of your personal items, absolutely disgusting, doenst deserve any stars.

The hotel is in a very central area but it is very quiet. You have the subway very close. Everything was very clean. Excellent reception staff. We will return when we go to Barcelona. The only thing we miss is a coffee vending machine because they don't serve breakfast.

Very hard mattress impossible to sleep A lot of humidity in the room No stopper in the bathtub impossible to take a bath. No French channel available Very pleasant welcome. Full of mold on the toilet drain pipe.

The accommodation is clean and the staff is friendly. The dishes and sink are also nice and clean. It is about a 20-minute walk from Sagrada Familia, and there are many marts, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It's a shame that the elevator is very small.

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé : proche des transports, proche de la Sagrada Familia (15mins à pied), Sant Pau (3 mins à pieds),.. très facile d’accès. Il y a un ascenseur. Propre. L’hôtel est bien équipé. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages en dehors des heures de check in et check out. Pas de possibilité de déjeuner à l’hôtel mais est à proximité (quelques secondes de marche) de plusieurs boulangeries. Je recommande !! Le seul petit bémol, c’est qu’il n’y a pas la possibilité d’aller aux toilettes une fois qu’on a rendu la chambre.

L’hôtel est bien situé dans une zone active à 2 pas de l’hôpital Sant Pau et à côté d’un mcdo et d’un burger king ! Métro et bus à 3 minutes à pied. Chambre propre, spacieuse et lavée tous les jours. Personnel à l’accueil très sympathique, accueillant et à l’écoute.
