When I arrived and was assigned a room, the shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty, and the shower drain, which had never been used, did not drain well. The next day, I went sightseeing and when I returned to my room, the housekeeping staff had stolen the food from my room. Do you think this makes sense? What on earth are they thinking, and with what professionalism do they carelessly touch their customers’ food? This person is also an employee of a 4-star hotel. Think with common sense. The employee did something that was ethically unacceptable. And while staying here for 5 nights, the housekeeping staff left the staff key, which was used as a master key, in my room twice. I think it would be good to be more focused and meticulous when working. I've been to many hotels in Europe, but this was the first time in my life that my room door couldn't be opened because my phone was near the key. We never put our phones in our bags and always hung them on a string like a necklace. If it was because of the battery, I got a spare room key and asked my companion to put another key in the bag. There were no cell phones or batteries in the group's bags. But the door didn't open that day, so I had to go to the reception again. On the 12th, the first day the door didn't open, when I first said the door wouldn't open, one of the female employees showed an arrogant expression and attitude as if she was ignoring me, which really broke my heart. And on the morning of check-out, a staff member came into my room without knocking. This is truly absurd. The reception staff should be ashamed of themselves for being rude and arrogant to the end and not even offering a proper apology. In the 5 days I stayed here, this was the first time I experienced something so unpleasant and annoying in a hotel. Overall, the staff at this hotel need to rethink their service mindset to match that of a 4-star hotel. The only thing I regret coming to Barcelona is staying here. I didn't feel it was worth a second visit at all. This hotel gave me the worst experience. There will never be a second visit.

Great experience in this hotel, located near major tourist spots in Barcelona, good access to public transport, lots of cafes and nearby restaurant s, and famous brands such as Zara,... 😂super friendly and hospitable staff, they have booked tickets for sightseeings and gave me thorough information about how to get to those places👍👍, the room was big, spacious and clean, with lots of large mirrors and a electronic safe in the closet, 👍👍breakfast was amazing, including a wide range of hot, cooked Spanish dishes, olives, fruits and yummy cheeses 😋😋😋 Only problem I faced was the ceiling started leaking, and the staff immediately offered me another room 👍👍 I'm highly recommending this place

The toilet was right next to the sink, so the smell made me feel nauseous every morning while getting ready. - Towels are not replenished properly. The bath mat I used on the first day was collected during cleaning, but it was not replenished. It was there the next day. Towels were also sometimes complete and sometimes not, depending on the day. - There were two bottles of mineral water in the mini fridge, but for some reason one of them was only half full. It was disgusting, as if someone had left it half-empty. - There was a day when the teacups and teaspoons were clearly set out dirty. I used it every day and noticed it on the last day, but I naturally assumed that the dishes there had already been washed so I didn't think about it until then, and I don't know if the dishes were clean up until that point. - There were tea bags and instant coffee provided, but they were sometimes replenished when I drank them and sometimes not. It was just a matter of what day it was. Overall, the location and the service at the front desk were great, but I felt that the quality of the room cleaning wasn't commensurate with the price. I'm not saying that paying money makes a difference, but I do leave a tip every day and I'm quite disappointed with the service.

The location is very good, it takes less than ten minutes to drive to anywhere, and you can walk to all three of Gaudi's buildings. The guy at the front desk was so enthusiastic that I was warmed up when I first arrived in Spain. A very comfortable two-night experience.

This is a local four-star hotel. The European standard is not comparable to the domestic four-star hotel. The room facilities are relatively old. But the service is very good and the transportation is very convenient. It is a good choice for traveling in Barcelona.
