We could enter our apartment from 3:00 p.m. At 4:00 p.m. we arrived at our apartment and found the door open, inside there was a couple eating. The woman asked us who we were and we told them that they had given us that apartment and that we could enter after 3:00 p.m. We quickly called AinB and Helen told us that they were the ones cleaning the apartment and that they were just finishing cleaning right now. I told him but they were eating and without a mask (Covid). He told us that it was the first time it happened, I told him that you don't know because there is no one watching what they do, surely when there is an empty apartment they come in and take the opportunity to do their personal things. The only solution they gave us was that they cleaned the apartment again, cleaning the same couple that had been eating in my apartment. I laughed because the one who cleaned was simply carrying a bucket and a mop. Is this how you clean in Covid time? I called Booking (Mario A.) and he told us that the only thing we could do was cancel. arrivate con desiderio di una doccia, non c'erano gli asciugamani, chiamo il cellulare che avevo di riferimento, mi dice la signora che lei è dal medico e che non può venire, anzi la ho disturbata, sono basita. La mattina arriva dalla ventola del bagno in stanza una puzza da aglio che devo scappare via e purtroppo sono stata male. A colazione chiedo caffe latte, la signora si mette al telefono a litigare e si dimentica il mio latte che arriva a me ad una temperatura infernale, bolliva sulla tazza.....certo la posizione è buona, ma non ci tornerei solo per la puzza.
