The hotel is easy to find, we were settled ahead of time without any problems, the edinistrator was very friendly. The room was very cold, very (end of November). The thermostat on the wall didn't work. There was no brush in the toilet, but as I understand it, this is some kind of Spanish trick 😄 There was no ventilation in the toilet. There are two sheets on the blanket instead of a duvet cover, this is also some kind of South European joke. Will go for one or two nights.

Hotel is in a great location giving easy access to the centre of Barcelona and surrounding area. Staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean and had what we needed for a weekend, a kettle would have been a better option than the coffee machine we thought. Would recommend.

I took the single room, which was very small (with a single bed), but adequate. The room itself was very clean, even if a little outdated. The AC in the room was incredible, which is important since Barcelona can get very hot during summer. The rooftop terrace with the Jacuzzi was nice, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is in the northenmost part of El Raval, making it very central and easily walkable from the central and touristy parts of town.

My friend and I stayed at Ciutat villa last week for 4 nights. We could not fault the hotel at all. From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and extremely helpful, especially Carlos who helped us plan our stay. Our room was basic, however, very clean ( it was cleaned every day for us) the beds were comfortable and we slept well. We had the top floor with great views. Also you can’t forget the rooftop jacuzzi! Perfect after long days sightseeing! We would stay again. Thank you.
