Is a very good location! Close to beach and close to anything else you need to get to!

Everything is good except the wall is very thin and you literally hear all the noise from the corridors since 5am in the morning

Hot water an issue here. Changed room due to our shower not getting hot.

Awesome experience in this hotel. Breakfast packages were prepared for us when we had to have early start days.

I had stayed this hotel before and booked for business trip. Buyer changed the meeting date and I'd like to cancel the booking and rebook. But the room was not cancelled and I paid all of cost.

Good room

The transportation location is convenient and the security guard does a good job, which makes me feel at ease.

The location is very convenient as there is a subway station right in front of the hotel, making it easy to travel anywhere, and major tourist attractions can be reached within 10 to 15 minutes by subway. The hotel is large, and the breakfast menu is the same every day. Although it doesn't have a lot of variety, it was delicious. However, there was an incident of theft from the guest room. It wasn't a personal item, but one of the snacks that was set as standard on the refrigerator disappeared (a paid item). I don't know if it was because I went out without leaving a tip, but when I saw that the paid snacks that I hadn't eaten were gone, I went down and complained because I was afraid of having to pay an additional fee. Other than that, I was satisfied overall. The staff are friendly. However, the cleaning person was disappointed because of the above incident.

Very satisfied and an unforgettable group buying experience. The lady at the front desk was very nice and patiently explained to us the local famous people’s former residences, tourist attractions and delicacies. Thank you very much for checking in.
