Ainb Picasso-Corders Apartments

The apartment was minimalist but comfortable and complete. The only thing was the first day, the application used for the access was loosing the connection with the server and stayed in the elevator without knowing what to do, pushing buttons and nothing was working. Finally it resolved itself but was a little bit frustrating. The communication using ******* and the owner was a little bit confused. ******* was sending textos about received messages but there was nothing when looking into the application *******. Finally received email and all was resolved. The technology is practical but when it fails humans are supposed to be accessible, more important when you are in another country and another language.

I'm here to put all the negative reviews to sleep - and to give a more updated review of this apartment. We loved it! I travelled with my partner and chose the apartment because of its cheap pricing and perfect location (also because we didn't like the hotels in the area, we thought an air bnb wouldn't be more suitable). After booking, we were quite worried to see all the negative reviews. But I can honestly say, all of the negative reviews I read must have been from super picky customers because we saw no faults and we thought the apartment was absolutely perfect. It was clean, tidy, cosy, quirky, larger than expected and quite modern. It was also quiet (despite being in a busy area). Always had hot water, air con worked just fine, comfy beds - we had a very comfortable stay. Also, no cock roaches! (We saw a review saying there were cockroaches but there weren't any - for the whole 4 days, we also saw none in the streets). Towels and toilet rolls were provided, and I thought the soap and shower gels were a sweet added touch. Checking in was also super easy, you just open the door using an app, same with the lift. No fuss. The host wad also super kind enough to let us check in 4 hours early! Which was extra helpful as we landed at 10am and wanted somewhere to put our bags (the host did recommend a storage place anyway). The host also replied straight away and was very friendly to us. Overall, we had a lovely stay, and work deffo stay again - we have recommend to friends and family. Please don't listen to negative reviews (unless you're overly picky).

Host was very communicative and accommodating. Property is very centrally located with plenty to do in the area. Only feedback is that the bathroom could use a bit of a deep cleaning.

everything was rly good, the room was clean, nice place in the city, near to metro and everything worked fine without having to meet someone for a key, the personal was very nice, we had a great expirience

It really captured the culture of the local historic area. Transport was very good with the Metro two minutes away. Overall very pleased we chose it.
