When I checked out, I went to the door alone with three suitcases to wait for the bus, during which time none of the staff showed me a friendly attitude. As I put my suitcase in the trunk of my car, the attendant at the door just stood there and watched, not trying to help. In addition, on the same day, I found that I had lost my bag and a backpack. I had called the front desk of the W Hotel several times, hoping that they could retrieve the surveillance camera at the door, but each time they did not help me solve any problems. I called a total of three times, the first time the staff said to call me back in an hour, but after three hours he did not call back, so I called the hotel reception again to ask what happened. But the front desk of the hotel just asked me to repeat the process, and told me that she did not know what had happened before because of the shift change, and the last staff member did not tell her, so I told her the story again. I told the receptionist about the approximate time when the color brand of my two bags had been lost, and she just told me that she would call me back after we checked. It's been a whole day and I haven't received any calls from the W hotel. I think the service is very poor and suffocating for a five-star hotel
