We were supposed to stay there, but they canceled our booking the night before we arrived in Barcelona for no reason after they asked for all the information in front and then confirmed the booking. Stay away from them if you want to have a reservation for sure.

Beds in bedrooms are comfortable but the sofa bed is awful. Air conditioning was excellent. Shower was tempramental re going hot and cold, tray slow to drain. Full kitchen. Sagrada familia round the corner Not central or near main l4 metro line but nice enough neighbourhood

*** NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY *** If you have children or elderly family, don't stay here. The check-in/reception staff only work till 6pm every day, so when the staff leave, the parties begin. This hotel is full of your '18-30' type travellers who are just looking to have parties into the early hours of the morning. I have no issue with this, what I have an issue is with Suite Place not warning me of this and openly advertising itself as family friendly. Despite telling the staff about noise issues on a daily basis - and even providing recordings of the sounds - they took little to no action or didn't even offer me any compensation for a terrible stay. It makes no sense that a building with 23 apartments which houses at least 100+ people has no staff in place working after 6pm to deal with unruly guests. So again, if you have family with you - or just want a quiet, relaxing holiday which we all need and pay our money for - DON'T STAY HERE!

I strongly advise against this structure as the owners are untraceable in case of need. We booked well in advance through booking (in August for the end of October) choosing this apartment as it is close to the Sagrada Famiglia. They sent a request for documents, filled it out and sent it back with a question about the airport shuttle attached. No reply. Today, at 2, I repeat TWO days before leaving they canceled the reservation without giving reasons. We are 6 without accommodation. They have not responded to emails or WhatsApp messages about it. Only book from them if you love the Russian caravan.

Four of us stayed here with my family, a nice surprise as booked from the site I did not know the area is I must say beyond expectations, it is two corners from the Sagrata Familia and the metro stop, it is located in a central and very quiet area all the services, below there is a market open until midnight, clean and large apartment with separate bedrooms, perfect bathroom with shower, and from the kitchen a breathtaking view of the spectacular Sagrata Familia ... Albert the owner is a very kind guy, he properly explained where to go and was always available for every need, in short, we had a great time. Will come back next time hopefully soon

Appartamento 2 al piano 2: curato, pulito e con tutto il necessario. Bagno piccolo ma completo di tutto e idem per le stanze. Abbiamo trovato detersivo x piatti e stoviglie, pezze nuove, sacchetti x immondizia, mollette, stendino, scopa e paletta. Manca uno scolapiatti e posate oltre a strofinacci e tovaglia. La mia, una buona esperienza. Ecco va detto, ed è una NOTE DOLENTE che c'è tanto caos la sera dalle 21 in poi, negli altri appartamenti quindi si sentono voci, rumori, radio, urla insomma feste serali e quindi l'insonorizzazione andrebbe fatta quanto prima.

Il posto è in una posizione splendida ed è per questo che ho dato a tre stelle invece per quanto riguarda l’assistenza siamo veramente molto arrabbiati, a casa si è rotto un tubo e si è allagato tutto, abbiamo chiamato più volte i proprietari ma hanno tardato tantissimo ad arrivare e la stanza aveva 5 cn di acqua dappertutto, quindi a causa di questo problema siamo stati svegli fino alle due di notte, abbiamo sollecitato ma non hanno fatto nulla per risolvere il problema dandoci un’altra stanza. Quando hanno asciugato alla bene meglio la camera abbiamo chiesto poi di fare per cortesia le pulizie il giorno dopo cosa che non è stata fatta, ma hanno mandato delle persone a pulire due giorni dopo l’allagamento e siamo rimasti nello sporco. Peccato perché sarebbe stata una bella vacanza
