we live in an apartment with other people. we stayed for a week, so every other day our neighbours changed. some of them were quite loud and it was hard to sleep at night. also the streets are busy at night, which can be a problem to falling asleep as well. the bathrooms and kitchen are shared, but they were always clean. our room was cozy and beds were comfortable. we also had air conditioning, which was awesome! the staff is great, but some don’t speak english well. had some weird troubles with payment, but ok. overall would recommend, good quality for such cheap stay.

Parlo di Residencia universidaria traversa di Gracia 92.Acquistato l'appartamento tramite il sito airbnb (cosa che non farò più, perchè non tutela chi acquista). Mi sono trovato con la famiglia alle 19.00 di sera di fronte ad un appartamento che non rispettava le foto presenti su internet. Alle mie dimostranze alla reception che quelle non erano le foto dell'appartamento comprato, mi sono sentito dire che non c'è la possibilità di mettere sul sito tutti gli appartamenti perchè ne avevano molti.Tutto questo ha un senso, far vedere un oggetto che non corrisponde alla realtà, si rasenta la truffa. ero fortunato perchè era presente un condizionatore guasto,Mi sono sentito dire, se volevo potevo chiedere il rimborso, ma che avrei ricevuto solo in un secondo momento. Ma dove può andare una famiglia alle 19 di sera con un bambino di 10 anni. Siamo restati. La posizione è buona, da consigliare a persone in cerca di luoghi di una Barcelona vintage.
