The room is clean and spacious, equipped with a coffee machine, coffee capsules, small refrigerator, and safe. The environment is quiet. The service provided by the beautiful lady at the front desk is particularly good. She is patient, considerate and not afraid of trouble. The hash browns for breakfast were delicious and the waiters were friendly.

friendly staff (all of them), free water supplier tank, very good mattress, strong AC, good prices, near bus V9/H16 and metro line L6/S1/S2. The area is a rezidential one with apartaments in beautiful buildings surrounded by green of the plants

The room was clean, the staff was very nice. The major problem was that there is a bar in the hotel that has tables and chairs right outside of the entrance, under the rooms. At night, people always go to that area and proceed to talk and laugh and be loud until early morning, making it close to impossible to sleep. The bar, or at least that area, should be closed at night so the guests aren't bothered. Other than this, the stay was very nice, the neighbourhood is very calm and cloise to public transportation.

Santiago was very helpful and wonderful man coming back soon because of all the lovely staff. Also housekeeping was really nice and fast to fix situation, I think she is Bianca Andrea at reception and Brandy at restaurant were outstanding. We will be back soon

Santiago in the afternoon was very helpful. Went out of his way. Nothing was too much He helped us plan the trip to Monserrat and again no hiccups Also assisted in planning our journey back Andrea did all the tour maps and plans Victoria checked us in and catered to our needs as we had booked a double I would recommend this place The train station is only 5 minutes Would come again

This truly is a gem of a find. Getting there by bus, metro etc is not easy on arrival; but circa €20 will bring you from airport to hotel entrance. The room on the first floor was immaculate and quiet; even with windows open on a night time. Other than a less than effective air con, there are no complaints. Friendly and welcoming and only 10 mins from town centre, it is a perfect place for couples and young families. Situated on the middle of a steepish hill, those with mobility issues may benefit from using taxis.

This hotel is the one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. It is so clean and the rooms are lovely. The staff are all lovely and cannot do enough for you like booking taxis etc. you can sit outside and have a few drinks if you wish. The dining room looked lovely but we didn’t have breakfast so cannot review that unfortunately. The hotel is excellently positioned for the metro literally a 2 min walk then it takes you straight to La rambla which is 5 stops away and takes 10 minutes at the very most. So easy to use. If you’re looking for a great hotel in a quiet area then book this hotel it is just fab !!! The only downside was the tea and coffee sachets would be nice if replaced daily in the room

The hotel was very organised and room very clean, really comfortable beds and very modern bathroom. Hotel is located 5 min walking distance from metro Les Tres Torres Each day when we would come back from touring, we would come back to a completely different room from how we left it. Tidy to tidier. Also, special thanks for reception staff especially to Andrea. We highly recommend this hotel for shortly staying.
