1.靠街隔音不好吵小孩哭聲説話聲垃圾車收垃圾聲樓上在裝修。
2.房間陳舊，床是簡藝鐵架易移動，被子是兩條床單包個毛毯四邊開口不是拉着床單就是拉着毛毯，廁所的手龍頭污垢發綠，白色暖氣毛巾架一層灰，廁所門沒鎖關不起來，吹風機老舊手要一直按着，窗簾上有破洞,有個小陽台還不錯距離隔壁有點近。
3.清潔服務：大姐很積極每天來吸塵和更換毛巾，有次敲門後（還在睡覺）不等回覆直接用鑰匙開門進來，記得睡前門上掛勿擾的牌子，茶杯不清洗會扔水池讓你自己洗。
4.地理位置:還行不算好，去巴塞火車站打車約十幾分鍾10歐，去地鐵站走路10分鐘，去聖家堂走路35分鐘左右，去機場坐公共交通工具約一小時，打車去機場約25分鐘約40歐。
性價比不高！體驗差不會再住！

前台小哥服務熱情周到，酒店房間超級大，乾淨整潔，浴室有大浴缸，第一次住如此大的酒店，超出想象，出行也很方便，周邊購物很方便，地鐵站步行幾分鐘就到，愉快的體驗

房間舒服，位置安全方便，樓下就有麪館、走幾步就是主街。整體還不錯。家庭和商務都比較適合，離地鐵口也很近。

衹能説一般。性價比比較高的旅館。在西班牙很難找到100美金一下的房間，這個還算乾淨，但是和國內酒店真的沒法比。衹能相比國內三星吧
