Location is a so-so for me. Just 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro and it's a paved road all the way to the hotel which is good for travelers with luggages. Room view was nice as well. The hotel is situated near the beach which is a plus and the sorroundings were clean. The Service is perfect I could say because I made some changes with regards the check-in process and they were kind enough to reconsider my request. The hotel provided us with combs and toothbrushes and other hygiene stuffs which is convenient for those who forgot to bring theirs. Their buffet has a lot of options so you could really choose on what to eat. So far everthing went well with our stay.

The hotel is okay, so are the rooms. The ac made a really irritating noice, which made it hard to fell asleep. There was a nasty smell in the hallway on the first floor. The staff was very friendly though and the breakfast was also okay.

I had some doubts because of the negative comments about the hotel, but I did not encounter any negative situations during my stay. The hotel staff really do their best to meet your demands. I can say that I am generally satisfied.

It's hard to rate it 4 stars.
The reason is that we had to wait a long time to check in. There probably aren't enough cleaning staff. There seems to be only one cleaning lady. It looked like she had a hard time, and I felt sorry for her.
Also, the blankets, bath towels, bathrobes, etc. in the room were old and didn't feel clean. It was disappointing that there was only one toothbrush even though it was a twin room.
But the staff were very kind.
