Free flow of champagne in the lobby, amazing! Good location, many restaurants around and close to the subway station! Rooms are clean & don’t miss the poolside! Staffs are helpful and friendly, will definitely come again!

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, but when we returned after going out, the room key card we had left behind was missing, and the safe was showing an error.
When we reported this to the reception staff, they dismissed it as if it wasn’t a big deal, saying that since nothing was stolen and the key card had been replaced, there was no problem. They didn’t even offer a single word of apology.
This left us with the worst memory of our honeymoon.

Great location. House keeping is excellent and go beyond, we were on level 6 and the cleaner was excellent with any extra requirements.
Found front desk staff very corporate, business like and a little dismissive, they need to relax a little more and be more attentive to the guest they are serving.

There is a tourist spot at the entrance of the hotel. Chocolates will be delivered in the evening. The breakfast is also very good. The most praiseworthy thing is the handsome guy who helped with the luggage. The service is full of five stars💯
