This was a great find and is situated in a nice part of Barcelona within walking distance to key places yet quietly away, close to Gaudi's Casa Mila. You arrange a time for check in as there isn't a staff member on site. Communication was excellent and a lovely girl met me and gave me the keys (3) one for the front door onto the street, another for the door to the apar**ent a couple of floors up and another to my room. The room was wonderful and really spacious. A double bed in the main alongside an annex room with a single bed, bathroom and a balcony looking onto the street. Classic style, really clean and unbelievably well priced. I would stay here again as was a positive experience.

In general, everything correct. The only thing that could be improved would be the check-in time, which is at 3:00 p.m., a little late for my taste, and the check-out time, which is at 11:00 a.m., which is early.
In short, entering the room at 3:00 p.m. and leaving at 11:00 a.m., you do not enjoy the room for a minimum of 24 hours (the entire day). I personally would set the check-in and check-out time to 12:00 p.m., which is the most standard and most common in all the accommodations I have stayed in.
Luckily we were able to leave our luggage at the accommodation at 10:00 a.m., although I would have a locked room for the suitcases, not that you have to leave them in the hallway without any type of security which did not inspire much confidence in me.
As for the room, everything was quite clean, except under the bed where there was some lint.
Finally, the location of 10, one metro stop from the Sagrada Familia, is on the corner of Avenida Diagonal.

Very expensive for the quality offered. Very unfriendly reception. A room where dust bunnies mingle with tufts of hair under the bed. The floor is dirty and there is no light in the room, only a small bedside lamp that does not light up. An old fan as an air conditioner. And the worst, a bathroom shared with the other rooms (ATTENTION, the shared bathroom is stipulated very small on your reservation, which gives rise to a first unpleasant surprise when you discover the room). Between the housekeeper who only cleans on the surface (and still barely...), and the other tenants who leave their shampoo and grain of sand in the shower... The siphon is so full that we wash with 20cm of water underfoot. It's filthy, you feel like you're still dirty once you get out of the shower. Not to mention the kettle provided which does not work. The only positive point is the location of this hotel, which allows you to visit well and be close to transport. I do not recommend, especially for 430€ per week.
