Borgo Poneta is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I stayed here for three nights and booked it solely based on its proximity to a wedding we were attending. We were slightly concerned before our stay about sleeping with no AC in July and not having food/drink available on site, but we were perfectly comfortable with the fan provided and found the kitchen well-stocked for all our needs – it was very easy to make coffee in the morning, whip up meals and stock up on supplies at the nearby Coop supermarket. Beyond that, the property is even more beautiful and peaceful than the photos suggest! The views are INCREDIBLE and the pool is divine. Best of all, Lorenzo is the loveliest man and went above and beyond before our stay and during to answer any questions and accommodate any requests. We would not hesitate to stay here again on future trips to this heavenly part of Italy!

A magical place! A group of old independent buildings, very quiet, in a sublime environment…. Breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside The accommodation is large, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, large comfortable bedding There is a large infinity pool An enchanting place... don't hesitate for a second, you will remember it for a long time...

We had already stayed a couple of days in January, returned for another 3 these days in August. Seeing it now with the greenery is very different compared to January where the swimming pool obviously wasn't in operation either. Stayed in two totally different apartments, this time choosing the holiday at short notice, very nice apartment in January!!! All equipped with a kitchen, one or two bedrooms, this village has been converted into mini apartments. Privacy absolutely respected, views of the hills and valleys below from every angle you turn.

It's like being in a fairy tale, special thanks to Lorenzo (Willy), the manager who is kind, attentive and available for any particular request, truly impeccable, we stayed with a family with a large dog on the long weekend of November 1st, also thanks to the splendid weather, it was a splendid experience , absolutely worth trying thanks again!!!!

Superbe endroit Dans un très bel endroit de toscane La Vue est splendide La proximité avec le Chianti est très sympa À noter très peu de commerces aux alentours. Voiture obligée Mais étape très reposante et sympa Nous avions pris un appartement 3 chambres Confort simple mais qui a répondu à nos attentes : une grande cuisine pas trop mal équipée , 2 salle de bain À Noter toutefois literie moyenne. La terrasse extérieure accessible à tous est très agréable L accueil était très sympathique. En résumé un endroit à découvrir notamment si vous cherchez le calme et l’authenticité.
