I was so disappointed when I booked this hotel this time. I was expecting to stay in a four-star hotel. The ratings were good and it should be pretty good. But when I checked in, I found a bed that was old and hard to sleep on. The floor was so dirty and rattling. All the facilities are very dilapidated. There is no exhaust fan in the toilet to make the shower wet.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. The hotel has parking spaces and is next to a shopping mall. The room is bright and spacious, very comfortable. It takes about 15-20 minutes to drive to the center of Barcelona.
