i have visit gulmarg dt 26-04-2025 with my family. my tour operator has booked ski hill resort for me. i have done check-in at evening. difficulty start when we try to reach hotel . hotel is very high from road. having too high from road they failed to provided ATV car. i have early morning flight from srinagar. we get up very early but once again they fail to give ATV car. also in 7 degree temperature they don't start our room heater. food was good.

Reaching the hotel via an ATV ride is an exciting adventure in itself. The owner is polite and responsive, while the staff is patient, helpful, and always available. With quick service and a welcoming ambience, it’s a perfect getaway in the snow-covered paradise. Enjoyed trip and recommend everyone to come and must stay

Everything is excellent over here.we wanted jain food and they provided us with the best quality food. Thanks to the all staff. We really felt safe and comfortable over here. Weather is amazing do visit skii hill resort .staff is 10/10 thank you Amir.

The hotel offers stunning views, especially in the snow, but getting there is a real challenge. While luggage is transported by ponies, guests must walk 1.5 km on a snowy, slippery path covered in horse droppings. This makes it exhausting and unsuitable for senior citizens or anyone with mobility issues. The stay itself was decent, but the staff was overly focused on tips, which felt pushy. If you’re fit and looking for an adventure, the views might be worth it—but for seniors, this place is a definite no.

Super ski resort is situated in a beautiful hill top covered with snow Acualy it is heaven on earth service is too good all the staffs are very polite and helpful near by lelo India is going on and kandola is very near. Manager shabbir ahmed and Hamid. Amir, Mushtaq Billale spesialy kaka who holding my hand while claiming.

Hospitality is great and the staff is really helpful a lot specially Aman, the view is amazing, so must advising everyone to visit this hotel in winters for outstanding hospitality and service the food is awesome and really tasty 🤌🤌😋😋😋

It was a great experience,the hotel was really good,the staff over here is very helpful and nice. They took good care of us, Shabir the reception person was very nice,rooms are well cleaned and heater is well placed,there is 24hrs hot water. Overall it was a excellent.

Great option in Gulmarg if you are looking for something with an amazing view. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Special mention for Barkat and Parvez including other staff members for taking good care while dining. Food is homely and tasty too.
