Functional and everything yoy needed

Room quite spacious and clean. 30m walk from BEC.

Impeccable breakfast and service, very well located hotel and very welcoming staff

The hotel room is small and there is nothing. I will never consider Ibis anywhere in the future

The truth is that I found it very inconvenient to have to go to the other building to register, plus they could make an entrance and not have to go around. I don't know what it was but there was something that was making noise, I don't know if it was the air conditioning (it was supposed to be off), plus the fact that there were no blinds, you could hear the noise of the fault. Small towels. The elevator made a lot of noise when it opened the doors or stopped on the floor (luckily I was far from the elevator). The service in the cafeteria was very good, the waiter even offered me a tray so as not to burn myself with what I was carrying, since as I said I had to go to the other building. The comfortable bed. The shower was good, but the room where the toilet was located was very small and it did not have a fan to exhaust odors.

There are two ibis next to each other. The budget ibis is serviced by the normal ibis and does not have any facilities. We had to book it because there was nothing else available. Taxi to the City cost 25,- The area there is industrial and not worth to be visited at all. The standard of ibis budget is below any ibis I have seen yet. The room size is like traveling in an old sleeping coach.

I have expected way much more for 130€/ night. At least the room should not look like a prison cell. Holes in the wall. Delusion. Know, that this is a "budget hotel", but then don't ask for 130€ for a nihgt, if you don't have conditions for that price. Clean, but anyway... My first and last stay here. Staff OK, breakfast OK.

Not the easist hotel to find.......Totem Pole sign hidden by foliage and buildings. Room very small, very clean, shower, toilet and wash basin very much utilitarian....only to be expected, it is a budget hotel. Cafeteria very adequate, serving drinks and buffet breakfast. Large free car park with petrol station next door. Budget Price?.....not really. The name descibes it perfectly in everything except price.

Air condutiining wouldn't turn down below 24 degrees, wundow wouldn't open far enough so room was too hot and airless. Then at 11.00 am the lift was taken out of service for maintenance. Had to carry all our bags and cases from the 2nd floor.

Hotel located in an industrial area, on weekends the hotel is isolated, -The nearest restaurant is 500m (weekends closed) -Small room with air conditioning on the front door, be careful the condensation from the unit falls like rain. -Pets allowed. -Friendly staff. -Free hotel parking, but not supervised - Very noisy room, between the climate, the comings and goings of customers, cars and party-goers We slept very badly. Our experience leads us to advise against this hotel, at least for people who want a quiet and pleasant place with all the services nearby However for one night it is suitable The quality / price it is high compared to other IBIS hotels Greetings and next time

They don't have air conditioning because it's set for winter. The room is small and the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. The staff's attention is not good. The truth is that it's expensive for the price. It's my first and last time at an ibis. And the bed is a bit uncomfortable.

Room with shower and sink next to the bed. The sink has no latch. The pillows are very uncomfortable. At night you can hear the pipes where the water runs and they make a lot of noise. They make your bed every day. Be very careful because if you leave something on the bed they don't check it. It happened to me with headphones... and they never showed up. In addition, we had to go down to reception because the duvet didn't have a cover and the duvet was dirty. For an Ibis hotel it leaves a lot to be desired. And on top of that, breakfast costs €10 per person... The issue of parking when you arrive at night there is no space because the hotel has very few parking spaces. And on top of that, they are very narrow and they can scratch your car (which also happened to us).

it's fine if you're staying a few days. the location is not convenient for going to Bilbao (you need a car or you have to walk 30 minutes between public transport and on foot). the shopping centre is convenient 100 metres away for food and shops. it's still an acceptable option if you don't want to pay a lot

Ideal hotel to rest before an ope. Small but clean. Comfortable bed. No more is needed. Nearby you have shopping centers to eat. Next to a gas station. Good price. Recommended to spend one night. Nearby there is a bus stop, there are two lines that bring you to the center of Bilbao. free parking
