Enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Baradine. The rooms were beautifully decorated with TV in rooms. The bedding is very good quality and the bed itself was a dream to sleep on. The staff were so polite and accommodating to any request we had. Beautiful wrap around verandah guests can utilise. The food was delicious and good menu. They have a nice kids play area as well as a lovely outdoor undercover area. Cannot fault our stay here at all and will be back again this year. Only negative was the bathrooms could use with an update.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the beds were super comfortable and the rooms were spotless and beautiful. There’s a breakfast bar on the balcony with everything you would want! We had dinner in the bar and it was 10/10 delicious. The bar tenders Ruth and Eloise were from Ireland and so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel so welcome and we will be back for sure.

Stopped in at the Farmer’s Wife hotel planning to have just a quick drink then move on. Ended up staying for the most amazing dinner we have ever tasted in a country pub. The chef, from France, created magic for very reasonable prices. Alexander the landlord was super welcoming too, all round a great night.

Stayed for 5 days in April with my family. The rooms have totally been refurbed to a very comfortable and modern decor. Air con, tv, new beds which were so comfortable, upgraded linen and storage so you can hang clothes and put bits and pieces. The new owners were a delight to deal with and displayed the welcoming country charm. Nothing was a problem and very happy to have a chat. They only opened the Thursday before we checked in on the Friday. They provided a nice breakfast cart on the balcony which has tables and chairs for Comfort. The only area probably which needs a refresh would be the ladies bathroom which I believe is in the plans. Cannot wait till we all venture back next year. Highly recommend a country stay at The Thirsty Farmer in Baradine.
