"Stayed at the Bonnington Hotel and was greeted well but I was expecting a fridge in my room as the advert clearly states that a fridge would be available but I didn’t get one and after requesting several times I still didn’t get one. The parking attendant is also very rude and seems to be on the look out to cause issues for visitors. The parking was very busy and spaces are limited, be prepared to walk around the side of the hotel. BE WARNED OF THIS GUY!!"

"The hotel is quite good, with free parking. The basement is closed after 18:00 and is very safe. The hotel has a rich breakfast. It was raining, so we had dinner at the restaurant on the Grand Floor of the hotel. The taste was very good and I give it a 10. The price is about 5% higher than that of ordinary restaurants. The only problem is the traffic in Dublin. It is only 14KM from the hotel to the city center, but there are traffic jams everywhere. It takes an hour to drive one way."

"The room is relatively spacious and is located on the edge of the city, suitable for self-driving travelers. The parking lot is large, the breakfast is average, the ingredients are good, and the coffee tastes good."

"Knowing The Address from Dubai, I knew I could expect quality. Located on a main road across Connolly station, the train noises were only noticeable on the outside. As we arrived very early we accepted the first available room after an hours wait in the beer garden. We don’t normally accept twin rooms but as I was unwell we took it. A clean, classy, modern room, in comparison to which the bathroom with a bath looked a bit outdated. But the room had our fave rooibos tea! The hotel has ample F&B choices: a bar, cafe, restaurant and a ‘beer garden’ - a cute one too with useful heaters on the wall. Service in these areas however lack protocol, which we always seek in hospitality. The gym situated at the end of the premises is a public one, which means there’s non-hotel resident traffic through the corridors. It took us a moment to realise and a confirmation from the concierge that the hotel also houses ‘temporary residents’ evident from my fellow smokers in the beer garden and the children in their school uniforms having their breakfasts in one of the bar areas. We didn’t expect this from The Address chain. It reflects the reality Ireland is coping with. "Room was clean, reception desk was nice and helpful. Hot tub wasn't very warm but the pool was still lovely. The lobby restaurant staff was very very kind and tried hard but not too great at the service, seems something is wrong with their setup as they kept forgetting us and what we had ordered (multiple nights)"

"The house is small, but the facilities are complete and there is a kettle to boil water. Good location Just on the main street, walk to Trinity College for 5 minutes, go to the shopping festival for 5 minutes, and be close to the bar street."

"The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant bar has a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, including a great variety of local Irish food. The airport shuttle service is super convenient and reliable. It’s my third time staying here, and I definitely plan to stay here the next time I’m flying to Dublin Airport. The executive lounge on the fourth floor is a nice treat as well. Nice place to relax in the evening time and a great breakfast too."
