We took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children. One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate. We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel. The bed we got was basically two separate beds. The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice. The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.

The hotel is located on the promenade in Limassol although not very close to the marina area near which all the activity centers in the evening are located. At the same time, there is a convenient bus line No. 30 that travels along the entire boardwalk and is easy to get to the marina and reaches the final stop at the mall in the port area a little outside the city.
