No Water in shower - rude "Owner" Lana says it is always like this and this is ok (videos attached and on our channel) Bad smell in rooms Garbage through out the entire hotel The pool and beach are not private - in fact this is like a public place and the small pool is packed with many people from the area so does the 10m long beach breakfast is so poor and lame - I never seen anything like this. nothing to eat and it is served based on first takes - win ( meaning there are not refilling anything , and it includes only bread, tomoato and some yugurts... so poor) there is no SPA , there is a small Jacuzi - that the jets are not working for over 6 month.. seriously this place is so bad - if you want to avoid bad expereince and not ruin your vacation - Do not stay here. or cancel asap if you already ordered. There are many reviews saying the same thing and I was not smart to read them before.

We decided to leave to hotel after two hours even doe we didn't get a refund. We where looking for a calm place to rest and enjoy the view. But the hotel is not private at all the beach and sunbeds are open to the public so it's a lot of people and all sunbeds where taken. People where pre-parting drinking and smoking to very load music and it was trash and finish food and drinks everywhere. A horrible place for a couple looking for a nice and calm place to rest and enjoy vacation.

This is a fabulous looking hotel, situated on a rocky outcrop with incredible 270 degree views over the Adriatic. The rooms are nice and spacious and the outdoor setting is great. Unfortunately the running of the hotel doesn’t meet the same high standards as its appearance. During our two night stay it seemed to be very under-staffed, with no pool attendants and not enough wait staff. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we only learned afterwards that room cleaning is only every other day. The water was running in our room only some of the time. The gardens aren’t maintained and the pool is a little murky. With more effort this could be a truly 5 star resort. It’s still worth a visit though due to the amazing location and views.

Lovely hotel, what a friendly welcome, we were with many people and many cars and they did not get stressed. Super nice houses (hotel) and beautiful along a rock behind the sea where you can also swim. But the best part is the swimming pool. We had a delicious meal and drinks in the evening and had a party 🤩👍🏻

Der Strand und die Location sind schön, der Service im Restaurant jedoch eine komplette Katastrophe. Wir warteten über eine Stunde auf das Essen und die Salate kamen ganz zum Schluss. Im Salat waren Haare drin. Als wir das zur Sprache brachten kam als Antwort nur: Es passiert manchmal es ist grad viel los. Keine Kulanz und nichts. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen
