Robbins Motel

This hotel needs to be torn down and start over. The floor was slanted and our suitcase rolled across the room almost out the door. The walls were plywood that made us feel that we were staying in someone's broken down shed. The floor was so slanted that when you went to sit on the toilet, you actually fell back into it! The night stands were nonexistent, they were 10"x4" boards nailed to the wall.

A one star motel, I didn't expect much. Just a room to sleep in. But not even a chair to sit in or even a bar of soap for the sink would be an improvement

We stayed for about 10 minutes, just long enough to book something else. In all fairness, it was clean, it just had an ick factor. A bed in a room, no furniture. I wasn’t sure there was a bathroom until I opened what I thought was a closet. I found 3 steps up to the toilet and a shower stall off the second step. I couldn’t do it. In this area, you have to spend some cash to get a decent hotel.

You got what you paid for, cheapest motel in this area. Overall it is okay with all basic amenities.

We ended up leaving the first 10 minutes there. The place was disgusting. Bugs. Bathroom had no shower head and mold. The door to the place had a hole in it for any little creature to crawl in. We dropped the key off at the office and left. Would like to know if possible if we could get our money back. It was not worth 165 dollars a night

Although we were put in an “updated room”, it lacked a lot. No soap for sink, only one washcloth on second day, you have to step up into bathroom. No coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator, you had to go to the office for those luxuries. The rates we had to pay were outrageous.

Sooo tiny. Hot water ran out. Light coming in around air unit. Just not a property normally with *******.

This place should be reported to authorities, as it shouldn’t be running, it is inhabitable. I've never been picky, but this place is deplorable. The shower was missing a shower head, the toilet didn't flush, and the scent of Pine Sol was so overwhelming that we had to leave the windows and door open in order to breath. There was only one proper pillow, one throw pillow, and another pillow that was bunched up in a ball which clearly isn't suitable to have a proper sleep on. The toilet simply didn't flush. Some water came out, but not enough to clean out urine and toilet paper. Luckily no one in my party went number 2 during the one hour we stayed there. The wires of the tv were just thrown in whichever way it landed on the desk, leaving little space for usage. The heater is dubious and straight out of the 1920's, seeing the state of the room Id be cautious using it. The walls look makeshift, with pieces of plywood nailed in to cover holes, which are just an aesthetic detail, but in combination with the other issues, just adds to the discomfort one might feel here. We tried to talk to someone at the motel seeking assistance and were treated so horribly through a callbox. They refused to help, and kept insisting the room did have a shower and working toilet which was untrue. We ended up leaving the property and stayed elsewhere despite them refusing a refund, I’ve reported them to *******.
