本來天氣就冷，前台服務員説有地暖，但是一點都不熱，床上有電熱毯是壞的，讓服務員換一下也很久沒看到服務員，結果等不住我們就睡下了，服務員來敲了一下門，還沒來及反應呢就直接開門闖進來了，聲音很大，嚇得都沒瞌睡了，燒水壺的電源是壞的，床頭衹有一個插排能用，充手機也衹能充一個，其它東西就沒有地方插，床單被套不知道是沒換還是沒洗乾淨，反正總體來説體驗感很差很差
