這次十月假期從浙江到北京一路下來，這是我住的最不滿意的酒店了，價格比北京的桔子酒店都貴，服務，設施，管理卻一點也跟不上。下高速已經12點多了，看了評語選了這家，結果失望至極，先說房間，一進去就是一股沖鼻的裝修后的甲醛味道，眼睛都不舒服了，想打開窗散散氣，一看外麪還有一件沒有裝修的房間，竟然還和旁邊的房間連在一起，開窗很不安全。衹有開底空調最大風。茶包和咖啡包什麼也沒有，歡迎水果也是簡單的不能再簡單了，你們這樣對得起500多的房價嗎？算了洗洗趕快睡吧，結果，打開放牙具的小盒子就被盒子上麪的塑料划了一道口子，洗手台水管漏水，流了一地水，馬桶和紙巾的距離很遠，孩子根本就勾不到。洗好睡了，可一躺下翻個身床就吱吱響，好崩潰啊。早上的早飯也是一言難盡。餐廳的衛生間也是幾百年沒有打掃了，地上都是塵土，嚇得孩子都不上了。退房時和前台說了，也沒有一點歉意的意思。這樣的服務意識，衛生環境，算了吧！大家注意不要住這個房間。
