這次十月假期從浙江到北京一路下來，這是我住的最不滿意的酒店了，價格比北京的桔子酒店都貴，服務，設施，管理卻一點也跟不上。下高速已經12點多了，看了評語選了這家，結果失望至極，先説房間，一進去就是一股沖鼻的裝修後的甲醛味道，眼睛都不舒服了，想打開窗散散氣，一看外面還有一件沒有裝修的房間，竟然還和旁邊的房間連在一起，開窗很不安全。衹有開底空調最大風。茶包和咖啡包什麼也沒有，歡迎水果也是簡單的不能再簡單了，你們這樣對得起500多的房價嗎？算了洗洗趕快睡吧，結果，打開放牙具的小盒子就被盒子上面的塑料劃了一道口子，洗手枱水管漏水，流了一地水，馬桶和紙巾的距離很遠，孩子根本就勾不到。洗好睡了，可一躺下翻個身床就吱吱響，好崩潰啊。早上的早飯也是一言難盡。餐廳的衞生間也是幾百年沒有打掃了，地上都是塵土，嚇得孩子都不上了。退房時和前台説了，也沒有一點歉意的意思。這樣的服務意識，衞生環境，算了吧！大家注意不要住這個房間。

出差入住這家店，服務態度很好，房間衞生乾淨，整潔，各方面都很不錯，下次有機會可以再來入住，早餐也很好。

酒店地理位置不錯，很好找，出門吃吃逛逛都有，下樓就有周末時光和羅森，晚上對面就可以擼串。服務也好，酒店的咖啡很好，應該用的好豆，冰激凌也好吃，居然是酸奶口味的，早餐也好吃，前台很餐廳有現磨咖啡，想喝了告訴小姐姐就好了，她們很開心的給你打了，沒想到的是客房居然還有掛耳咖啡，退房的時候因為下雨前台小姐姐還給了我一個套包的一次性袋子。唯一不足就是地下車庫説的在刷漆，要過十天才能用，車停在路面下雨還是不怎麼方便的，下次來應該車庫就好了吧。

凌晨入住，房間內大廚內竟然有別人的內褲，我嚇了一跳。因為太遲，也就沒有過多的和酒店方交涉，第二天看到保潔，告知後予以拿掉，保潔阿姨還是很客氣，道歉很誠懇。所以希望這個問題不是通病，檢查房不仔細，給人很忌諱的。自己也是酒店人，因為換了名字，所以對其的要求也就有所不一樣，房間智能但整體來説不方便，窗簾一送電就自己打開多次出房間的很不方便。還有住在5樓外面的平台，安全係數個人感覺不高。這樣的價位我覺得還行，房間大，性價比還是不錯的！個人推薦，以後來還會住。
