這次十月假期從浙江到北京一路下來，這是我住的最不滿意的酒店了，價格比北京的桔子酒店都貴，服務，設施，管理卻一點也跟不上。下高速已經12點多了，看了評語選了這家，結果失望至極，先説房間，一進去就是一股沖鼻的裝修後的甲醛味道，眼睛都不舒服了，想打開窗散散氣，一看外面還有一件沒有裝修的房間，竟然還和旁邊的房間連在一起，開窗很不安全。衹有開底空調最大風。茶包和咖啡包什麼也沒有，歡迎水果也是簡單的不能再簡單了，你們這樣對得起500多的房價嗎？算了洗洗趕快睡吧，結果，打開放牙具的小盒子就被盒子上面的塑料劃了一道口子，洗手枱水管漏水，流了一地水，馬桶和紙巾的距離很遠，孩子根本就勾不到。洗好睡了，可一躺下翻個身床就吱吱響，好崩潰啊。早上的早飯也是一言難盡。餐廳的衞生間也是幾百年沒有打掃了，地上都是塵土，嚇得孩子都不上了。退房時和前台説了，也沒有一點歉意的意思。這樣的服務意識，衞生環境，算了吧！大家注意不要住這個房間。

這次的入住體驗簡直無可挑剔！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就能感受到奢華又温馨的氛圍。前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住迅速，還貼心地幫我升級了房型。
房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，晚上睡得特別香。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品的品質也相當不錯。
早餐種類豐富，中西式美食應有盡有，味道超讚。酒店位置也很優越，周邊交通便利，吃飯、購物都很方便。
無論是服務、設施還是環境，都遠超我的預期，下次出行還選這家！

入住該酒店很多次了，附近的話就是商場酒店機器人的話送餐也很方便，房型很大，然後也配有智能的馬桶，前台還會貼新的贈送水果非常的貼心，服務態度非常好，建議入住
