Our family of three just arrived in Baotou. I saw that this evaluation was good and the price was moderate. The front desk of the hotel saw that we took the children to upgrade us to a family room. It was too warm service. The hotel also had a free laundry room and gym for passengers to use. It was really a treasure hotel. The staff are very enthusiastic, and the hotel management team has demonstrated a superb professionalism, from the convenience of the booking process to the various needs response during the stay, and then to the intimate farewell when leaving the store. The room is clean and tidy, the supplies are relatively new, the housekeeping is very timely, the environment is beautiful, in the middle of the park, it must be very good in summer👍. Parking is convenient, and there is a receptionist to help with directions. The key point is that the service is very considerate. This is a very good hotel in all aspects, including the service attitude of the front desk and other staff. It is a hotel worth staying in. The price-performance ratio is very high, and I can give a very high evaluation. When I checked in in the morning, the front desk lady helped me upgrade the room type for free, but it is not just because of the upgrade that the hotel itself deserves five stars in all conditions.
Facilities: The sound insulation is slightly poor, and other facilities are complete.
Hygiene: I stayed for many nights and they helped to change the quilt. Only once did I find a used TT packaging bag. However, the overall hygienic conditions in Baotou are very good.

The room was clean and tidy, all the linen was clean, the family room was spacious and bright, the drinking water was very sufficient, and it was also actively prompted to give one more toiletries. The design of the bathroom is separated from the pool and does not affect other people's washing. The small refrigerator in the room can temporarily store food. The pillow has a height difference and is very friendly to people with bad cervical spine. The soundproofing of the room is also very good. The front desk and cleaning will meet and say hello. An okay hotel but the staff seemed inexperienced in welcoming foreign guests. 2 people at the reception made me wait half an hour not being able to find my booking, but it turned out it was there all along. It was a bit frustrating after a long, tiring day

In the apartment of Wanda Plaza, Block B, the surrounding supporting facilities are all available, shopping malls, food, cinema, eating, drinking and playing one-stop solution, the room area is quite large, and the bathroom is separated from dry and wet. Located in the old city, surrounded by shops, the door is a bakery, shopping is convenient. It is very close to the East Railway Station, and it is convenient to go through two traffic lights.
I really like the decoration style of the hotel, elegant and generous, and with a little retro style, just right. I especially like the indoor lighting, warm and bright and elegant. The hygiene is good, very clean and tidy. There is floor heating, so in the cold winter, it is warm like spring in the room and very comfortable. There are books to read in the room, I like it again.

Service was very help and breakfast had great Chinese and Western options. Even during Spring Festival everything was very clean and service was attentive. Will definitely stay again!

The yurts are different in appearance and decoration, all of which are modern in style, with independent bathrooms, air conditioning, hot water, high-end toiletries, mineral water, and clean bedding that meets the standards. There is a large restaurant in the center for standard meals, and a small restaurant for self-ordered meals, roasted lamb legs, roasted lamb chops, hand-held meat, and various special grassland restaurants. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the resort center for free parking. There are full-time reception staff to help carry suitcases and hold a traditional Mongolian dismounting wine and blue Hada welcome ceremony. After arranging check-in, the staff will introduce the content of the grassland tour activities and the time sequence, and enjoy preferential packages for self-driving tourists. One person can participate in the experience for a few hundred yuan. There is a large grassland night bonfire party in the evening.
