From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Miss Cassiezhang, who was wearing a Mongolian robe, took the initiative to greet me and helped me take my luggage to the front desk. She also introduced the hotel. The service was very good. She also helped me arrange the room properly. The room facilities and equipment were also complete and thoughtful. The room has a good view, spacious and bright, and the bed is super comfortable. I really think this is a good hotel worth trusting. I will choose to stay next time!

The service is good. Anna at the front desk also upgraded the room. The room is large, with a separate cloakroom, toilet and shower separated, which is very convenient. The management is standardized, and there are many types of breakfast, including special breakfasts such as mutton offal, steamed buns, and milk tea. There is free parking downstairs, and next to it is Maoye Shopping Mall, which is convenient for shopping. There are restaurants around, so it is convenient for eating. The overall experience is very good, and I will choose it again next time I travel.

The hotel is on the main street of Baotou City, opposite to Baotou Hotel and diagonally opposite to Marriott Hotel. There are bath centers, Japanese food stores, and bars next to it. To the south is a food street where you can eat all kinds of food downstairs. If you don't want to go out, you can also order food in the hotel. The most important thing is that the hotel is cost-effective. When checking in, the children were given a little rabbit towel and key chain, which the children liked. 1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

The lobby is small, there is no rest area, the light is dim, and it looks disappointing. The underground garage is large and shared with other areas of the building. The signs for Grand Hyatt are clear, but the parking lot is not decent enough to look like a kind of wholesale market underground parking lot. The elevator is very slow and slow. There are four, two are passenger elevators, two employee cargo elevators, and the cargo elevator can go down to the underground garage. However, these four elevators cannot be used by guests normally. They have to wait for a long time every time. Sometimes the elevator numbers show is also messy. Jump, I don't know which layer it is. The room facilities are very old, the carpet is broken, and the cabinet looks like it has been used for more than ten or twenty years. In short, it feels like the previous guest house. The room rate includes breakfast, but breakfast ...... is difficult to say. The child said that the breakfast was too bad. The cooking was either salty or light. The milk tasted very light, like it was diluted to a large extent. Overall, it was thirsty after eating. But the two waiters at the front desk were great! The service attitude is very good, the answering questions is also very serious, giving people a warm feeling of respect, praise!

Environment: The hotel environment is quite good, with a lot of landscaping. Hygiene: The room was well kept, very clean, and everything was complete. Because I stayed for two consecutive days, the cleaning was very clean in between. Service: The receptionist is Xiao Xu, who answers questions very quickly. The introduction is also very detailed. Keep working hard.

Zhao Donghui at the front desk service is very good, very patient, all questions can be answered patiently, check-in is fast. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is colorful. The surrounding environment is very good, the price is reasonable, overall it is very satisfactory, cost-effective, it is a very good stay experience.

Hygiene: Hygiene is OK Service: The front desk attitude is very bad, not enthusiastic, and not polite. How to do this attitude in the service industry? It does not match the hotel grade at all. After I went there, I said that our room did not have a window. We questioned it and found out that we were wrong. There was no apology and attitude. This kind of front desk was fired in the south in minutes. I don’t know that the level of such a big hotel front desk is like this? Breakfast is very poor, the variety is sparse, there is no coffee machine, and the hotel grade price is completely mismatched!
