We were supposed to stay for a night but since we have to wait for our PCR Test result we decided to stay one more night in Shangri-La before going back to Beijing. I do love the bed it's very comfortable to sleep and I did sleep like a baby. The bathtub is great as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Definitely the nicest hotel in Baotou. Great location near good restaurants and very easy to get a taxi if you want to go further. Service was very help and breakfast had great Chinese and Western options. Even during Spring Festival everything was very clean and service was attentive. Will definitely stay again!

I was really angry. I went to the hotel after dinner at night. I booked Hyde because it was closer to the office. I could walk to work the next day. At night, my phone was almost out of battery and I charged it by the bedside. I didn’t charge it all night. The next day, when I went out to check the 3% battery level, my blood pressure rose instantly. I tried it again and it turned out that there was no battery. I couldn’t go out in a hurry to find a place and borrowed a power bank. The hotel’s power-saving measures have reached a new level. I forgot to say that the bedside light in the room was not on and I thought it was broken, so I took a photo and it turned on, just like repairing the TV when I was a child, it was fine. Anyway, I will never go again, I forgot to take pictures

I took my children to visit relatives in Baotou during the Chinese New Year. I booked a Pullman executive suite for 5 days. The suite is very large, 93 square meters. I have stayed in many hotels. The service attitude of the front desk, cleaning, and catering customer service staff is also very good. It feels like coming home. Every day, the cleaning staff comes to clean the room. Breakfast includes such specialties as siu mai, haggis soup, milk tea, and desserts The variety is slightly less, and ordering by phone can also be delivered to the room. The only downside was that the water was not hot one night, and it was still cold after a long time. The hotel replied that there were few people staying and the circulation was not strong. However, the hotel opened a low-level room for the three of us to take a shower. The water temperature was lower the next day. Normal. I saw several bad reviews before and I was a little uneasy. After I stayed this time, I felt that Pullman was still very good. I hope it will get better and better. I hope the hotel leadership can add chicken legs to the hotel staff during the Chinese New Year.

The hotel environment is very good, like in the park, there are lakes and many big geese and ducks, children like it very much. The front desk service is also very good, the room is quite big bedding is very comfortable, but the only thing that makes me feel a little surprised is the breakfast. The first time I met the waiter and the customer to eat together, there was a child to drink milk tea, there was a waiter in front of it. I took a large noodle bowl of milk tea. I packed the milk tea in the pot and went back and told the child that we would wait for a while and then go up again............It’s really speechless, I don’t know who the customer is...There is also a time for the bowl of noodles, the eldest sister gave the newly cooked noodles in the pot to the waiter to eat, and then took the bowl next to me. I don’t know how long the noodles have been cooked for me. ......... Another time, the waiters were eating behind the last row of screens. There were a lot of customers that day. There were a few big sisters who seemed to sit at the place where the waiters were eating. Then when I picked up the meal, I heard the waiter next to the meal and told another waiter how the big sisters were so unsightly. Sitting in their place... The attitude is super bad, and the waiter takes the children to sit there to eat... I hope the hotel manager can see this evaluation can be improved. After all, our customers have breakfast until ten o'clock. Every time they go to dinner at nine o'clock, many waiters are also taking meals. As we spend money and grab food with the waiter, it is really uncomfortable. I hope to keep the time for customers to eat.

This building B is really bad. The rooms are small and a bit outdated. The price/performance ratio is not high, and it feels a bit expensive. The breakfast is in building A, which is not bad, and everything else is average.

The hotel was very easy to find. Not far from the train station which was very convenient. When we arrived we realized we would have trouble because the staff at the international hotel did not speak English. We had some difficulty with this throughout our stay. I would say that our stay was quite nice though. Except for one thing. The air conditioning in our room. We could not control the air conditioning. We were there during a hot time of the year and we could not get the temperature in the room to be cool. My wife has a medical condition which keeps her from cooling off easily. We really needed cool air. We asked two or three times for people to help us and they would come up and ask us to wait and then not help us. We ended up going to a localShop and buying electric fans for the room. We didn’t sleep well the entire trip because of the heat. We could not even open the window because we did not have a window in our room. I think that if you are going to have windowless rooms you should have a good ventilation. Breakfast was OK but not great. After trying it the first day my son and I did not even want to go down and have breakfast in the morning. Eating in the restaurant is not worth the money at this hotel. Overall we had a good stay. The swimming pool was very cold, that was refreshing! My son and wife and I all enjoyed the swimming pool.

Facilities: To be honest, the facilities in the house are too general, the floor drain can not be drained, take a five-minute bath, the corridor at the bathroom door is full of water, like a water curtain hole. Contact the front desk because there is no cleaning, I can change the room in the middle of the night, and the room is still leaking (it seems that the hotel knows that there is also a problem with the floor drain in room 606, or I changed this room, I don't know what to think). The security guards looked at the situation, and the way was to change the room again. If you don't want to toss, you will take a bunch of bath towels and put them on the ground to absorb water. It is recommended to repair the floor drain quickly. I live in so many hotels, none of them. I don't know why a four-star hotel does not have a robot to deliver food, but the location is very good, and it is very convenient to eat around. Parking at the entrance of the hotel is particularly inconvenient. Sound insulation is not good, you can talk to the outside of the house through the door, and you can hear what others say in the room when you pass by the corridor. Given that the hotel has given a compensation method, it is acceptable, and it is not bad, but the facts still have to be said.
