前台服務特別特別好，特別特別熱情，走的時候還給帶了熱的礦泉水，入住的時候還安排了我喜歡的房間，房間很大，前台特別熱情。第一次住包頭的漢庭酒店就這麼好的體驗感受，交通出行也比較方便，門口很好停車。酒店的香水味很好聞，舒服。房間無異味。
衞生很乾凈，酒店很新，像是新裝修完的還會在此選擇。附近有個公園還有駱駝能溜達。

漢庭酒店住的比較多 ，第一次在這個店住宿，整個服務特別好，店裡的人員特別温柔有禮貌 ，
設施：店內整體設施非常齊全，插座，床頭燈光，還有屋內設施，
衞生：店內環境很很乾凈，前廳非常温馨，電梯裏，還有走廊都很整潔乾淨
因為出差，基本住的都是酒店，但是這個酒店給我家一樣的感覺，前台以及服務人員能很快幫助我解決我所需要的問題點，床鋪還有屋內的環境很乾凈整潔，屋裡的隔音效果也不錯，非常適合出差啊，情侶，以及旅遊的人來住，強力推薦，

我對本店非常滿意，環境整潔乾淨，服務熱情友善。床品舒服房間衞士打掃的很仔細。餐廳早餐豐盛品類齊全，味道也好棒。酒店地理位置也很好出行方便，周邊美食 超市都挺多。距離包鋼2公里去辦事特別方便。

酒店總體來説很不錯。是漢庭的新版門店。距離辦事地方比較方便。同時打車距離也很近。酒店旁邊是一個昆河公園。景色在這個冬日也很不錯。前台小妹妹服務非常好。還給我送了咖啡，還幫我安排了個很暖和的房間。入住不長時間，客房服務員還送來了一個加濕器。真的很貼心。能感受到這家店在很用心的做服務。
