房間不錯，loft結構，寬敞，乾淨，管理有方，而且價格便宜。停車方便，背面一個停車場很大。特別表揚的是前台服務員，和藹可親，還幫我查看延遲退房的權益，負責衞生收拾的大嫂也很及時負責，工作認真。

綜合感覺非常好，設施很新，乾淨衞生，客房服務到位。一次物超所值的體驗。位置就在火車站廣場對面。亮點是床睡着很舒服。

房間超出了預期的好，性價比很高，在包頭站對面，出行方便。早上和孩子退了房，結果辦完事還早又回到酒店大堂休息，服務人員很熱情。

幫家裡長輩預訂的 也不能昧着良心説瞎話 酒店環境確實不錯但是作為一個連鎖酒店服務確實跟不上 本身因為是晚上22點的火車 所以預訂了16-20的鐘點房網上已經付過款了60元 剛入住不到半小時接到通知 火車停運了所以又要在包頭多待一天 立刻就讓長輩聯繫酒店溝通是否可以通過取消鐘點房重新預訂全天房或者是直接在前台現金補差價修改為全天房 酒店給的回覆是衹能前台+190元修改成全天房 當時酒店全天房的價格也就是214元 等於要收60+190=250元 不同意取消鐘點房新訂214的全天房 多方溝通無果 攜程也有工作人員幫助跟酒店協調處理也沒有成功後來自己幫我們處理了下了一個214的新訂單60的單子也沒有取消 攜程自己補給了我60塊 我就不明白本來就衹是住一天 為什麼要多收一個鐘點房的房費！！！！希望可以改善服務水平
