從一進房間開始 那張床就明顯被別人睡過，當時在想可能是新來大姐鋪的吧 一打開馬桶蓋明顯都沒有洗過這個馬桶 這個房間都沒有打掃 為什麼要賣這個房間 然後前台跟我説立馬給我換房間 我在外面等了5分鐘來了一個***給我一張房款 換了旁邊的房間，這就是維也納的服務，真垃圾

免費升級了房間視野遼闊，有地下停車場，雖然有點擠，但是也不愁找不到車位，尤其值得推薦的是早餐，太豐富了也不油膩第一次感覺的可以比美五星級的自助早餐了。

房間很大，我們倆個大人加三個小朋友，小朋友住的非常開心，房間也很乾凈，因為小朋友需要喝熱水，就很麻煩客服人員送了倆次水，每次都送四五瓶。特別感謝前台**兔小姐姐，服務態度很好，而且很有耐心，還很細心，辦理速度也很快。
