衹要去包頭出差必定住此酒店，主要是位置不錯，遊玩、購物很方便，早飯比較合自己胃口。但這次恰恰就是吃早飯時出狀況了，原因是擺放餐食的燈具太低，在掀起菜盤蓋時，碰到燈具，僅僅不到一秒鐘就把手給燙了，剛開始衹是疼，也沒有很明顯的表現，再加上急着辦事，就直接結賬走人。沒過幾天，手背就起泡化膿。

到包頭出差，一連在這家店住了4晚。酒店位於包頭市繁華地段之一，周邊各類設施齊全，吃喝玩樂都有，交通便利。
房間的設施基本能滿足客人的需求，有暖氣和免費的地下停車場（在北方，這很重要，半封閉式的，這樣車就不會被凍上😂）。沒在酒店吃早餐（到了包頭，得吃當地的特色美食😄），所以不能做評價。床墊軟和，枕頭舒服，沐浴水量大，有地暖和空調，工作人員的服務態度很好👌🏻
房間不大，隔音效果略差。

從一進房間開始 那張床就明顯被別人睡過，當時在想可能是新來大姐鋪的吧 一打開馬桶蓋明顯都沒有洗過這個馬桶 這個房間都沒有打掃 為什麼要賣這個房間 然後前台跟我説立馬給我換房間 我在外面等了5分鐘來了一個***給我一張房款 換了旁邊的房間，這就是維也納的服務，真垃圾
