A treasure hotel that must be highly recommended. The accommodation environment is very nice, the hotel is good, the location is good, and the service is good. From Shanghai to Baotou on a business trip, until I met this hotel, the staff were very enthusiastic and great! The hotel’s facilities are very complete, including restaurants, gyms, laundry rooms, food delivery robots, etc. The location is also very good, and supper is delivered, the taste is really unmatched, not only the taste is good, but the value is also unmatched, check out I also helped to contact other hotels, very caring, great service, hotel hygiene is very good, the lady in the lobby is also very friendly, the lady at the front desk also added breakfast (I ordered a single breakfast). The breakfast is very rich, especially the siu-mai here. Every dish I served was very careful, including coffee and pastries. I couldn't connect to the wireless network because of my mobile phone. The lady at the front desk helped me find an engineer to connect. The transportation is also convenient, and it takes only ten minutes to get to the bus station. Very close to the scenic spot and the railway station. There is a book bar in the lobby, which is very beautiful and comfortable. It left a good memory for our trip to Baotou. Thank you very much!

It's a very good hotel. I was upgraded to a level after arriving at the front desk. The room is good. The bed is 2.4 meters large. No matter how you roll, it's fine.

Definitely the nicest hotel in Baotou. Great location near good restaurants and very easy to get a taxi if you want to go further. Service was very help and breakfast had great Chinese and Western options. Even during Spring Festival everything was very clean and service was attentive. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel was very easy to find. Not far from the train station which was very convenient. When we arrived we realized we would have trouble because the staff at the international hotel did not speak English. We had some difficulty with this throughout our stay. I would say that our stay was quite nice though. Except for one thing. The air conditioning in our room. We could not control the air conditioning. We were there during a hot time of the year and we could not get the temperature in the room to be cool. My wife has a medical condition which keeps her from cooling off easily. We really needed cool air. We asked two or three times for people to help us and they would come up and ask us to wait and then not help us. We ended up going to a localShop and buying electric fans for the room. We didn’t sleep well the entire trip because of the heat. We could not even open the window because we did not have a window in our room. I think that if you are going to have windowless rooms you should have a good ventilation. Breakfast was OK but not great. After trying it the first day my son and I did not even want to go down and have breakfast in the morning. Eating in the restaurant is not worth the money at this hotel. Overall we had a good stay. The swimming pool was very cold, that was refreshing! My son and wife and I all enjoyed the swimming pool.

I was really angry. I went to the hotel after dinner at night. I booked Hyde because it was closer to the office. I could walk to work the next day. At night, my phone was almost out of battery and I charged it by the bedside. I didn’t charge it all night. The next day, when I went out to check the 3% battery level, my blood pressure rose instantly. I tried it again and it turned out that there was no battery. I couldn’t go out in a hurry to find a place and borrowed a power bank. The hotel’s power-saving measures have reached a new level. I forgot to say that the bedside light in the room was not on and I thought it was broken, so I took a photo and it turned on, just like repairing the TV when I was a child, it was fine. Anyway, I will never go again, I forgot to take pictures

We were supposed to stay for a night but since we have to wait for our PCR Test result we decided to stay one more night in Shangri-La before going back to Beijing. I do love the bed it's very comfortable to sleep and I did sleep like a baby. The bathtub is great as well. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are big and clean, although the facilities are not very new but they have everything they need, bathrobes are good, but no bathtub is not enough. The point is, the service is only one point, the service is really bad, I have to complain about the female front desk on duty at 11 am on 5.22, calling me nonsense in the morning, wasting my rest time, the attitude is extremely poor, and I asked about my job number.
