Hygiene: Very good Environment: Shenyu Island is generally very secluded, and the total length of the plank road is also amazing. We took a boat to walk the northern plank road in the afternoon, and only walked half of the southern plank road after breakfast the next day. Service: Xiao Zuo’s service is good. There is also a female staff member who drove a battery car to pick us up from the parking lot and Shenyu Island. She looks like a local Hainanese, has a good figure and a gentle tone. In addition, there is a tall, very good-looking female staff member who seems to be from the hotel marketing department. There is also a female staff member with a beauty mole who sent us to the parking lot at the end and asked us for feedback instead, which deserves more praise. Unlimited visits to the lakeside wooden plank road: I love this plank road, but unfortunately I only stayed for one night due to limited time and did not visit the private farm of the hotel at the end of the south plank road. I hope that in the future, there will be a service to send guests to the pier in the middle of the south plank road so that they can save their feet and visit the whole place. Breakfast: Very good! I must give a thumbs up for the cold milk! Except that the coffee machine was not turned on and I could only drink the American coffee sent by the kitchen (I am used to the stronger Italian coffee machine coffee), which was not very adaptable, it was perfect!

1. I booked a two-bedroom apartment, thinking that the elderly could help take care of the children. In fact, it was two rooms facing each other on the first floor of the villa. They said there was a butler tour, but when I asked the front desk, they replied that they were short of staff and had no time. 3. I wanted to play the off-road vehicle in the package. When I got to the off-road vehicle, the person in charge asked me for a wristband. I asked and found out that the front desk would give it to me. I went back to ask for it. It turned out that they would not say anything unless I asked. 4. I wanted to copy the sutras at 11 o'clock, but was stopped and not allowed to enter. They said that there was a meeting inside and it would end in 20 minutes. I was asked to wait until 11:30 to go, thinking that it would be the time for the children to eat, so I didn't wait. 5. The quality of the restaurant does not match the price. The fried pork with banana heart costs 98 yuan per serving, and every bite is as hard to bite as tree bark. The coconut pumpkin I ordered has milk (it is not marked on the menu, and the child is allergic to milk protein). The waiter came and said that the banana heart was old and couldn't make the decision to return it, saying that the supervisor was not there. It took a long time for the supervisor to return it. At that time, the elderly and children had finished their rice. 6. I fiddled with the bathtub cover for a long time, but it was so huge that I couldn't find the end. After finally putting it on, I found that the size was not suitable at all, so I had to give up taking a bath.

The lake is high in the mountains and the scenery is very beautiful. The rooms are both grand and exquisite. The restaurant is also very delicious. Jiru, the housekeeper, is patient, warm and thoughtful in service. This is my second time here and I am very satisfied. I will come again next year!
