Excellent hotel, room is very large and comfortable. The tropical environment is exceptionally beautiful and the hot bath isgreat I. I very much enjoyed the stay.

From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly. Since our Chinese is limited we used WeChat to communicate with TITI the manager. She was wonderful!
She helped us to buy wine for the room, helped us with filling the hot springs in our room and even sorted a taxi for us as there were no Didi cars.
The hot spring in the room are huge and very clean! We didn’t need to leave the rooms! The swimming pool was heated and there are a few hot springs you can enjoy but our room was too nice to leave. Breakfast was great with lots of choice.
I wish we had stayed longer to climb the mountain nearby. I hope we can return, definitely recommend! I disagree with some of the reviews I read.

房間比較大，關鍵是陽台上有温泉♨，面對雨林，喝茶泡温泉，沒有一次性拖鞋，窗外五指山還是很美的，晚上可以聽蛙叫，早上起來陽台上花氣襲人

房間很大，環境很好，雨林感覺。
送了鳥巢温泉票，從房間可直接過去，也有外面單獨來泡温泉的，能看到遠山，不錯。
房間有開放的大陽台，也能泡，很大。
服務也不錯。
衹有一個餐廳，早餐種類不多，但夠吃，能吃飽。
點餐的話，苗家豆腐和百香果排骨，特別好吃😋。

環境：沒的説，住在雨林中，有流水聲有鳥叫聲有風聲也有靜謐。私湯很少，還有鳥巢湯，有圖片，很多都在空中在樹上，所以佈局很講究。餐廳也拍了吃的也不錯，野菜丸子好喜歡 撈葉炒雞也不錯
服務：沒的説，因為爬過七仙嶺後入住，整個人乏的很，所以早晚都有泡湯，沒少給前台電話，每次都很耐心。路上衹要遇到服務人員都會問候，該有的服務都有，意外的驚喜也有
設施：有些年頭的酒店了，保持這個狀態很好了
