酒店環境優美，設施齊全，山清水秀，魚蟲鳥鳴，令人彷彿親臨大自然般悠然自得。户外泳池很乾凈衞生，鳥巢泡池十分別致風趣，早餐品種多樣非常豐盛，味道也很美。最大的亮點是酒店服務人員都很熱情好客，見面問好，給人一種歸家的感覺。很滿意地一次度假，下次有機會還會再次光臨。

酒店有很多小動物，女兒看到兔子和孔雀都不肯走了，環境還是很好的，早上起床散步空氣特別新鮮，房間不錯，夠大，設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，房間的温泉浴池也很棒

有一説一，雖然整體是有些陳舊，早餐種類也不多，但勝在環境確實好，中午到的時候沒有感覺，第二天早上起床在餐廳吃早餐，空氣非常好，可以看到七仙嶺，兔子孔雀走地雞都不怕人似的，小朋友看到很開心。感覺鳥巢泡池一般般，水太熱了，倒是泳池玩得開心。房間泡池也很不錯，晚上泡了第二天早上再泡一下，舒服。雖然酒店在雨林裏，但是蚊蟲並不多，這點真的很難得！工作人員態度也都很熱情。體驗感還是很不錯的！
